I stayed here for 7 days and would definitely go back. Everything was really good, including very very helpful and affable staff to that Manager. Location: the hotel was short walk to masjid alnabawi, nabawi mosque and the airport. My room was well-maintained with a fairly clean bathroom...

It is tidy, comfortable hotel and the staff is really good and excellent. The location magnificent and fantastic for Central Madinah district, it is really close to supermarket and Prophet's mosque.

Nothing all good!

Right by the women's entrance, mighty convenient! Room was good-sized, clean as a whistle, and they even upgraded us to a King suite for bein' early. The breakfast buffet packed some good flavors. I could see the Haram grounds from my window. Just wished the shower didn't leak all over the bathroom floor.

I would stay here again and can recommend this hotel to others. Make sure you stay in the double room with 4 beds. The location is magnificent and perfect, adjacent to gate 316 masjid nabawi, bin dawood, and shopping street - could n't be better. Also, its 2 km from The Seven Mosques.

Neat and beautiful room, clean bathroom with a bathtub. Excellent facilities. Marvellous location for our needs, short walk to masjid alnabawi and the restaurant...

The prime location made visiting the Prophet's Mosque easy. The staff, particularly Ms. Nada at the front desk, were helpful and accommodating.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room, and the spaciousness was perfect for my family. The hotel's proximity to the female entrance. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of flavorful options that catered to different tastes and preferences.

Had a great stay! Super clean hotel with everything you need, including toothbrushes. Location is spot on, just a quick walk to the mosque. The staff, especially Roba at reception, went out of their way to be helpful. Parking is tight, though!

Great location near masjid.

The reception staff, especially Faisal, went out of their way to help me retrieve forgotten items after check-out. His kindness stood out during a stressful situation. The room was quite spacious. I really appreciated the mini-bar and electric kettle. The cleanliness in certain areas was an issue. The shower leaked, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. I also was disappointed with the lack of variety in the breakfast options, especially since I was looking forward to more typical dishes. Improvements in these areas could enhance the overall experience significantly.

Room service lagged significantly. The lack of grocery shops nearby forced a long walk to find essentials, and the absence of slippers in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience. I noticed a poorly designed shower curtain that allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor, necessitating a replacement to avoid flooding.

The Executive Suite was amazing, providing ample space for our kids to play freely. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the holy mosque and surrounded by shops. The huge TV with YouTube available was a hit, keeping the little ones entertained when they needed downtime.

While the lobby may not be excellent, the rooms were overall clean and spacious.
